The bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bathroom are all accessible from the living room. A true highlight is the 35 sqm private terrace with views over Montevergini Church and a glimpse of the Santissimo Salvatore dome. Complete with lounge sofa, sunbeds, and dining area surrounded by olive trees and greenery, it’s your peaceful escape above the rooftops.

• ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM: please complete our quick online check-in form before arrival. It helps ensure a smooth process and allows us to collect the required details for guest registration with local authorities. You’ll receive a link via email no later than 10 days before your check-in date, directing you to your private guest area.
  
• CITY TAX: as per local regulations, a city tax of €4 per person per night (max 4 nights) must be paid in cash at check-in. Children under 12 are exempt. We kindly ask you to have the amount ready.
  
• LATE CHECK-IN FEE: 30 euros after 9pm | 50 euros after midnight
